Good morning. I would like to sign up for the Orientation to Clean Food at Whole Foods in West Hartford on May 10th. Do I pay the fee the night of the event or make arrangements prior to make the payment?

You’re in! We’ll meet just inside the door by the produce section at 10am. You can bring cash or check with you. Looking forward to seeing you on the 10th!

What do you do at these orientations? I cook from your amazing cookbook, and know Whole Foods Market. My teens are less aware. Would it be suitable for well-behaved teens who are life-long vegetarians, but who would benefit from learning about a diet emphasizing whole foods, instead of vegetarian junk food.
