Camp Courant is the oldest and largest free day camp for city youth in the country and I’m thrilled to be bringing my Eating Clean perspective to the table this year!

We’ll cover the basics of clean food and eating for balance, including daily teaching and tastings of super nutritional snacks – from green smoothies to green iced tea. And we’ll cap the week with a hands-on clean culinary experience in the kitchens of Lincoln Culinary Institute where we’ll be making and enjoying our own farm-to-table lunch.
