Cranberry Chutney Makes the Day!

While my Thanksgiving menu changes from year to year, there’s one dish that’s always on my table…and it will be on my stove first thing in the morning! It’s my Cranberry Chutney… actually, it’s my mother’s recipe, and has been part of Thanksgiving as long as I can remember.

My girls often describe my approach to cooking as “dump and stir” and this recipe fits that description to a T! Not only is it incredibly easy, but its delicious aroma fills my entire home and makes the day of preparation especially festive. If you’re still “in process” like I am, it’s not too late to add Cranberry Chutney to your holiday menu!

And if you’re looking up the chutney recipe, check out some of the other Fall recipes, especially the Pumpkin Spice Muffins… perfect for the entire Thanksgiving weekend. I’m looking forward to hearing about everyone’s holiday… from prep to feast… so share your day with us here! All comments will be eligible for the CLEAN FOOD book giveaway announced in my previous post.

Whether you’re in the kitchen preparing for friends and family, or simply a guest at the table, may your day be filled with love and gratitude.

Eat clean live well!
