Giveaway Extended!

Hi Everyone,

All this time I’ve been talking about EAT CLEAN LIVE WELL coming out November 1st…and I was wrong! The actual launch date is November 4th, and so I have decided to extend our giveaway and announce winners on Tuesday. If you haven’t yet submitted a comment, it’s not too late. And if you have, there’s still time to share this giveaway with friends and family.

    To reiterate words from the wise ones: “let food be your medicine and medicine be your food” And. “You are what you eat”. I strongly believe that Terry Walters helps us achieve health through natural wholesome foods. Recipes for foods that nourish, alkalize, taste great and most importantly HEAL are found on the pages of her books. Terry is a teacher and healer in her own right. She is one of the wise ones’

    I bought clean food when it first came out and I was in my mid-twenties. A few years later, I’m now engaged and have been able to show my fiance what eating a variety of whole foods can do for your body, mind, and spirit. He was the white pasta, pizza, and meat at every meal kind of guy. Now he eats more vegetarian, home cooked meals than ever before. He even has a few signature dishes he cooks for us. He gets excited to go to the farmer’s market on Saturday. I feel great that your first book is leading our young family in the right direction. I’m confident we will live along and healthy life.     Excited to try your new recipes. I love them as is and they are also great jumping off points to get creative on my own.
