Each class will include 5 seasonal and organic recipes, tons of information about the health benefits of the different foods and techniques used, and lots of connection and nourishment.
Menu is subject to change based on availability of organic local produce.
“Summer Favorites” class is planned to include:
- Cucumber Honeydew Soup
- Curry Tempeh Salad with Raisins and Cashews
- Cucumber Noodles with Bok Choy and Peanut Sauce
- Crunchy Quinoa and Cabbage Salad
- Black Currant and Plum Crisp

Fee is $75 per person, per class.
Payment in advance is required and there are no refunds. If you are unable to make it to class and your seat can be filled from the wait-list, I will gladly refund your money. If I can not fill your seat, you can send a substitute to take your place.
