Each class includes 4 seasonal and organic recipes, one “make-and-take” hands-on project, tons of information about the health benefits of the different foods and techniques used, and lots of connection and nourishment.

TENTATIVE MENU:
Asparagus, Quinoa and Wakame Salad
Sushi Buddha Bowl with Spicy Asian Taco Drizzle
Kelp Noodles with Sugar Snap Peas, Shiitake Mushrooms and baby bok choy
Daikon Kimchi (make-and-take)
Sweet and Spicy Toasted Nori Crisps

PLEASE NOTE: To accommodate as many people as possible, there will be TWO classes with the same set of recipes!

All classes are $85 per person, per class.

Payment in advance is required and there are no refunds. If you are unable to make it to class and your seat can be filled from the wait-list, I will gladly refund your money. If I can not fill your seat, you can send a substitute to take your place.
