Your White Bean Salad with Roasted Tomatoes and Arugula (and fresh fennel, etc.) is right up my alley – from the ingredients to the clean up. I’m going to look up the recipe and make it real soon. My neighbor offered me her (your) cookbook, but I can see, I need my own! White beans are a staple in my home. I’m not one to follow recipes exactly – I love to create as I go, but I promise to follow this one to start! Thanks Terry
