“Inside the Chef’s Studio”

Thanks to all who joined me in making a CLEAN START this past weekend at the Arizona Biltmore!

It was great to share the passion – not to mention much delicious and nutritious clean food. A girl could definitely get used to teaching class with the assistance of two sous chefs and two servers! And how they arranged for that spectacular sunset that graced the balcony at the start of our CLEAN START four-course dinner … with wine tasting for each course … is beyond me. I thought you might enjoy some pictures highlighting the weekend’s events.

Special thanks to the incredible Biltmore staff including Chef Todd, Chef Patrick, Marian, Stephanie and Becky, for making my visit so wonderful. It was so much fun and a great honor to be featured as part of the Biltmore’s visiting chef series. I hope they invite me back, and I hope you’ll be able to join me if they do!
