Thank you, thank you, thank you, for Clean Food. I am a recent subscriber to your blog (& FB fan), but found your cookbook a few months ago. It’s informative, beautiful & delicious. I use it regularly, and was delighted to plan my portion of Thanksgiving dinner with some of the recipes in your book. I was also thrilled to see you were a graduate of IIN. I discovered IIN about 8 months ago, shortly after completing graduate school. I recently re-visited the idea of enrolling and I’m eager to gain all of the knowledge and insight the program offers.

Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge & insight!

Hello, I just purchased the ‘Clean Food’ cookbook for my future daughter-in-law for Christmas. She is a very lovely girl and a perfect match for my stepson. Looking through the cookbook in the store brought back memories of my first marriage, having little experience preparing meals and little awareness of good food choices. Nicole and I have a lot in common, as we both lean towards a vegetarian diet. I’d love to have my own copy of this cookbook to stir up conversations and explore ideas presented in the cookbook.
