A Taste for Atlanta!
In the sea of food booths known as “The Taste of Atlanta,” I, the clean food cook, was most clearly in the minority! Barbecued brisket, pulled pork and ribs were around every bend, but was I the only one hungry for an abundance of produce? When the longest line for food is at Jim N’ Nick’s Bar-B-Q, one might start to question if anyone at all was going to show up for a demo featuring kale and quinoa. What a pleasant surprise to find out that YES, Atlanta is HOT for CLEAN FOOD! And after a lovely weekend of touring and tasting, I developed quite a taste for Atlanta, too!

Much thanks to The Taste of Atlanta for including me and CLEAN FOOD in this delicious event. And to all who came out to share the passion…

Hi Terry! I was one of your taster at the Taste of Atlanta event. Both of your salads were delicious!!! Thank you so much for demonstrating and showing us how easy it is to prepare healthy and delicious salads. Kale is one of my vice so I have to say that the Kale Confetti Salad was my most favorite. You’ve definitely got me inspired, thanks again.
Kale will save the world! ok maybe not lol. But it should definitely be at the forefront of everyone’s meals.
Oh no, I think it WILL save the world! LOL!
Peace, love & kale,
Terry
