CLEAN FOOD Cooking Class | Avon, CT

Each class includes 4 seasonal and organic recipes, one “make-and-take” hands-on project, tons of information about the health benefits of the different foods and techniques used, and lots of connection and nourishment.

Lemon Zinger Smoothie
Chopped Caesar Salad
Veggie Pasta with Marinara and “Meatballs”
“LoveYour Belly” Fermented Green Bean Pickles
Salty Carmel Cookies

PLEASE NOTE: To accommodate as many people as possible, there will be TWO classes with the same set of recipes!

All classes are $85 per person, per class.

Payment in advance is required and there are no refunds. If you are unable to make it to class and your seat can be filled from the wait-list, I will gladly refund your money. If I can not fill your seat, you can send a substitute to take your place.

    Terry,
    I am looking into classes in June for our daughter, Katherine and myself. Is the second date for this class Thursday or Friday that same week? Can’t tell from the info on your website. We have both attended past classes and have enjoyed them.
