INSIDE: A Guide to the Resources Within
In an email dated October 21, 2015:
“I have had your magnificent recipes a part of my personal and professional life for many years now and would love you to be a guest blogger.”
Weeks later I wrote a blog for Sarah Brassard’s website, and soon thereafter accepted her invitation for lunch. We have been great friends ever since.
When Sarah sent me a copy of her book last summer, I sat down to skim it and and got up 12 hours later having digested every single word. Sarah’s message resonated deeply. I was hungry for her wisdom, her gentle and nonjudgemental approach, and the healing and mindfulness she shares. In that twelve hours, Sarah’s book healed wounds I didn’t even know I had. I was lifted, supported, and felt whole.
“INSIDE” is the essential tool we all need to live our truth and find balance each and every day. Starting today, you can preorder “INSIDE” for yourself and those you love.
You can also enter to win a copy of “INSIDE” right here through this blog. Simply share a comment below, and a winner will be selected on the Summer Solstice – June 21. Winners must live in the continental US.
I couldn’t be more thrilled for Sarah or more honored to support my dear friend in the launch of her book. What a win for all who will now have access to her powerful work.

I need to look within rather than chasing everything else for salvation
Well said, Christine. Thanks for coming by!
Congrats on your new book. I can’t wait to read your pearls of wisdom.
I never understood the need for self care. The more stress I take on, the more I can tell I need to take care of myself. Great topic!
Sounds beautiful. Thanks for the introduction to Sarah!

This looks interestingly good! Would love to take a read!
Looking forward to reading this book.
My view of trauma has changed as I have gotten older. I see trauma as taking on a long life of its own affecting not only an individual, but all of the people the indivual comes in contact with – family, loved ones, friends, coworkers, and more. Hence, I applaud approaches that help heal and limit its lasting impact.
Terry-I thank you for making me aware of this book. You are such a wonderful resource.
This looks great!
I’m very excited to read this book. As I age, I’m becoming much more aware of everything affecting my wellness.

Having just lost both my parents in South Africa, I am seeking all the support I can healthfully give myself. I have been following Sarah’s blog pages until recently, and would LOVE to own her book and feel the wounds starting to heal as I start the reading! Thanks, Terry, for all you do! It’s been too long since I cooked with you.
Women need to focus more on self care, would love to read this book. We tend to be taking care of everyone else and can sometimes lose sight of our own well being!
Thank you all for sharing this journey, for your commitment to self-care, and for your interest in Sarah’s fantastic new book. I hope you each pick up a copy and share it widely as we can all benefit from gaining tools to keep us grounded, whole, and happy. I know I have. The winner of the INSIDE giveaway is…(drumroll)…Erica Bloch!
