DOSA KITCHEN – Food Truck & Cookbook Giveaway!

The Koreatown Kimchi Dosa stuffed with homemade kimchi, local eggs and Grafton Cheddar Cheese was well worth the 90 minute drive! Fortunately, you don’t have to drive to Brattleboro, Vermont to feast on the same, because Nash Patel and Leda Scheintaub have turned their passion for Southern Indian street food into a gorgeous and user-friendly new cookbook, DOSA KITCHEN.

Clockwise from top left: Yum; with Leda & Nash; Koreatown Kimchi Dosa; DOSA KITCHEN Cookbook.

Naturally gluten-free, light and delicious, dosas are a thin pancake made from fermented rice and lentils, and are the perfect vehicle for a variety of fillings and dips. With DOSA KITCHEN, you’ll be able to master everything from traditional Indian recipes to dosas with a more contemporary twist – the perfect representation of the marriage of Leda and Nash. And be forewarned – the photography in this book is equally as mouth-watering as the recipes!

Share a comment before July 1 and be entered to win your own copy of DOSA KITCHEN. Winners must live in the continental US. And if you don’t win, I promise that the drive to the DOSA KITCHEN Food Truck is well worth your while. I know I’ll definitely be going back!

Eat clean, live well, and maybe I’ll see you in Brattleboro!

    Hi Lauren,

I learned from Leda that not all dosas are gluten-free as some people use a touch of wheat flour in theirs to help them brown. Leda and Nash do not, so their’s are definitely gluten-free!
