KNIFE SKILLS Workshop | Weekend Kitchen | Essex, CT

Master the most important tool in your kitchen.
 This hands-on workshop will teach you how to dice, chop, slice and julienne. Different knives, cutting boards, and techniques will all be discussed, as well as knife-sharpening basics for the home chef. Once we’ve mastered the skills we’ll prepare and share the following recipes:

Pan-seared Julienned Veggies with Za’atar and Orange over
Quinoa with Mint and Orange Vinaigrette
Veggies Sheppard’s Pie with Cauliflower Crust
Super Fudgey Brownies
