Hi Terry , hope you and your family are well. I was hoping to find out when your next Kombucha class is? I am addicted to ginger kombucha, and not all of them are the same- I like mine strong. I would like to make my own. I am afraid of the Scoby, because, I think it looks like something someone coughed up. However, I love the taste of ginger kombucha.
My email is nancydincecco@aol.com.
I am willing to pay a fee for a private course- that’s how much I love this stuff. I hope it doesn’t blow up my colon.
Thank you for your time,
Nancy D.
Hi Nancy, I have a fermentation workshop coming up this week on Friday from 3:30-5:30 (virtually) and will email you more information. If that doesn’t work, we’ll plan another to make sure you get your booch fix! Terry
Hi Terry, thank you for your prompt response and the Scoby! I left the check in your tennis shoe? I am wondering, will there be a prompt emailed to my address for the virtual class today? Thank you so much, I can’t wait for the program!
