CLEAN FOOD Workshop | Knife Skills | Avon, CT

Master the most important tool in your kitchen.
 This hands-on workshop will teach you how to dice, chop, slice and julienne. Different knives, cutting boards, and techniques will all be discussed, as well as knife-sharpening basics for the home chef.

Fee is $55 per person, per workshop. Space is limited.
